The one hour arrival rule prior to departure might be better served to your customers if it were in larger print and at the top of the reservation page. It is now a problem for me because I made a train reservation from Rome and gave myself an hour and twenty minutes to get to your ticketing location. With traffic I may not make it in time.

So don’t bother. The gps location to pick up the tickets was wrong. Why buy on line if you have to go and pick up the tickets? The 2 free bags was a farce, that was for small bags, you still had to pay 3€ per roller bag. I figured the 8€ was for peace of mind in case of a sell out

Servizio efficiente ma carissimi. 120,00 € per fare 22 km Trapani - Favignana e ritorno. 194,00 € per fare tratta Napoli - Palermo e ritorno con sola cabina all'andata. Fatevi due conti..... Esagerato.....
