Buongiorno Ritengo di aver subito un sopruso da parte vostra. Ho prenotato 2 biglietti per il traghetto da Favignana a Trapani. Nel preventivo il costo era di 17 euro. Al momento dell’addebito sull’ carta l’importo addebitato è. 37 euro con 20 euro di commissione non specificato nel preventivo. Dal mio punto di vista è un tentativo riuscito di fregatura.
